Fall Has Arrived at H-E-B: Hundreds of Limited-Time Seasonal Finds Hit West Houston, Cypress and Cy-Fair Stores

West Houston / Cypress
September 17 2026

It may still feel like summer outside, but shoppers walking into H-E-B stores across West Houston, Cypress and Cy-Fair are already getting a much different message: fall has arrived.

H-E-B has rolled out hundreds of limited-edition seasonal products across departments, giving local families plenty to discover whether they are stocking the pantry, planning a football watch party, decorating for Halloween or simply looking for an excuse to add pumpkin spice to the morning routine. The Texas grocer announced the statewide fall collection Sept. 15, with products available for a limited time.

Pumpkin spice is only the beginning

Coffee drinkers can find Café Ole by H-E-B Pumpkin Spice Latte, which can be served hot or over ice, along with medium-roast Café Ole by H-E-B Pumpkin Spice coffee flavored with nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon. Breakfast options include Fully Cooked Maple Breakfast Sausage Rolls, Pumpkin Spice instant oatmeal and Pumpkin Spice waffles.

The seasonal lineup gets more unexpected from there. H-E-B Creamy Creations Caramel Apple Sherbet mixes sour candy pieces with a caramel swirl, while the H-E-B Cowboy Cookie combines pecans, oats and brown butter. And shoppers who are already thinking about Thanksgiving can try H-E-B Cornbread Stuffing Potato Chips, designed to bring familiar stuffing flavors to a crunchy snack.

Fall versions of H-E-B baking mixes, cookies, bagels, bread and granola are also appearing on shelves. Even the family dog can get in on it with Heritage Ranch by H-E-B Baked Dog Snacks in pumpkin and apple cinnamon flavors.

Fall moves beyond the grocery aisle

H-E-B is carrying seasonal dish soap, Flavor Favorites candles and Texas Tough trash bags with fall-inspired scents. Shoppers will also find fall-print paper plates, Destination Holiday wall décor and pumpkin-print storage bags in gallon and quart sizes.

For a more traditional porch display, stores are carrying a selection of H-E-B Texas Roots pumpkins grown in Texas.

Football season is part of the rollout, too. Game-day options range from party trays and Meal Simple by H-E-B Tex-Mex Queso with Brisket to H-E-B Prime 1 Cowboy Burgers and H-E-B Mi Tienda Beef Fajitas for the grill.

Halloween is already creeping onto shelves

The Once Upon a Treat by H-E-B Halloween collection is also arriving, with Dark Chocolate Green Goo Truffles filled with green caramel, Jack O'Lantern-shaped milk chocolates with caramel apple filling, Haunted Candy Corn Maze Snack Mix and Zombie-licious gummies shaped like brains, fingers, eyeballs and bones.

Other seasonal sweets include chocolate-dipped gummy bears, cotton candy treat packs and a porch-ready cauldron filled with spider gummy treat packs available only at H-E-B.

Destination Holiday Halloween and Día de los Muertos décor are also available. H-E-B says the seasonal assortment will continue changing through the fall, with stores transitioning toward holiday products in November.
