Cookies With Constables Brings Family-Friendly Meet-and-Greet at H-E-B Cypress

Cypress-area families are invited to enjoy cookies, take photos and meet local law enforcement officers during Cookies With Constables, hosted by Constable Mark Herman’s Harris County Precinct 4 Office.
The free community event will visit H-E-B in Cypress on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, giving residents an opportunity to spend time with the deputies who serve their neighborhoods. Families are encouraged to bring their children, ask questions and get to know Precinct 4 constables in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
“Come enjoy some cookies, meet our Precinct 4 Constables, snap a few pictures, and spend some time with the deputies who proudly serve your community!” Constable Mark Herman said.
Cookies With Constables offers children an approachable way to meet local officers outside an emergency while giving parents and other residents a chance to connect with Harris County Precinct 4 deputies.
