Hundreds of CFISD Athletes Excel On and Off the Field

July 11 2024

CFISD athletes have put their determination and hard work on display, earning more than just scores and titles on the field. Across various sports ranging from basketball to swimming to tennis, a total of 650 student-athletes earned the distinction of Academic All-District honors.

Over 90 CFISD student athletic trainers have been recognized with Academic All-District 16-6A and 17-6A honors. These honors are awarded to student trainers who finished the season in good standing and achieved a weighted GPA of 5.5 or higher. "They are the epitome of servant leadership to the athletic department in CFISD," emphasized Charles Ament, associate athletic director.
