How to Get Your 2025 West Memorial Pool Access Card: What Residents Need to Know
As temperatures rise and summer approaches, West Memorial residents in Katy are gearing up for another season of sun-soaked fun at the community pool. But before anyone can dive in, it’s important to know that a valid pool access card is required to enter the facility.
The West Memorial pool access system is in place to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and their families. Whether you're a new homeowner, a longtime resident, or a tenant, now is the time to make sure you’re registered for the 2025 pool season.
How to Register for a West Memorial Pool Access Card
To register, simply visit www.goodwintx.com, then enter “West Memorial” in the “Find My Community Page” field located in the upper right corner of the homepage. This will direct you to your community’s dedicated portal where you can request access cards and manage account details.
For questions during the process, residents can contact HWTMMmanager@goodwintx.com for assistance.
Access Card Policy and Fees
Each household is allowed two (2) access cards:
-
One card is free of charge
-
A second card may be purchased for $25.00
-
Replacement cards—due to loss, theft, or damage—also require a $25.00 fee
Once a card is reported as lost, stolen, or damaged, it will be automatically suspended in the gate system to prevent unauthorized use.

Special Note for Landlords and Tenants
If you are a property owner leasing your home, you must submit a copy of the front page of the current lease. This document must include the names and ages of all residents living in the home. This step is required before tenants can register for their own pool access.
Plan Ahead for a Smooth Start to Summer
Getting your West Memorial pool access card early ensures that your family will be ready to enjoy the pool as soon as the season begins. Pool access cards are part of the community’s effort to keep amenities safe, organized, and accessible to residents only.
