How to Easily Submit Road Repair Requests

November 30 2023

Have you noticed any damaged roadways in the Harris County portion of the Tomball area that are in need of repair? Have you been wondering how to ensure that something gets done about it? You can be a vital step in the right direction to get needed repairs underway with a few keystrokes on your mobile device or desktop computer.

Harris County's 311 service has a new, user friendly online interface that allows residents to easily find and request services that are provided by Harris County’s more than 70 departments. The 311 website connects Harris County residents to assistance with filling potholes, cleaning out drainage ditches, fixing playground equipment, and so much more.

Residents can simply visit harriscoprod.service-now.com to file a service request, or go to Commissioner Precinct 3 service request website for needed repairs within Harris County Precinct 3. All service requests sent to Precinct 3 through this page will be reviewed during business hours as quickly as possible.

When filing a request, start by entering the address for the request by clicking on the interactive map or typing into the address search bar. Then, enter some basic contact information, the service request type and a brief description of the issue. Click submit, and Harris County takes it from there!

Track the progress of your submittal on the Harris County 311 service request map by entering the ticket number provided upon submittal, or simply find the location of the problem area on the map provided on the website.

Alternatively, you are welcome to call 713-274-3100 to request service.
