Houston Humane Society Hosts Pet Resources Distribution Events to Aid Hurricane Beryl Victims
In the wake of the devastation left by Hurricane Beryl, the Houston Humane Society (HHS) is extending a helping hand to those in need by hosting a series of Pet Resources Distribution events, where free pet food to those who have suffered in the aftermath of the hurricane.
HHS, a non-profit organization, has a history of advocating for animals, protecting them from cruelty, exploitation, and neglect. HHS plays a significant role in providing a safe haven for thousands of animals across the Greater Houston Area, offering services including shelter, medical care, and cruelty investigations. As a part of their continued recovery efforts, they are offering assistance to pet owners impacted by the recent hurricane.
These Pet Resources Distribution events will be set up in four different locations over the span of a week. The distribution schedule is as follows:

These generous initiatives are possible due to the influx of donations from kind-hearted individuals. To sustain and expand these relief efforts for the victims of Hurricane Beryl, HHS is asking the community for further donations and volunteering.
