Did you know that residents of Williamsburg Colony have the opportunity to rent the community clubhouse for their special events and gatherings? Located conveniently within our neighborhood, the clubhouse offers a comfortable and spacious venue exclusively for residents.

Rental Options

• Downstairs Rental: $150.00
• Upstairs and Downstairs Rental: $275.00

Both options require a $250.00 deposit, refundable upon satisfactory cleanup, trash removal, and absence of interior damage post-event. Please note, renting downstairs only during the summer is discouraged due to Texas heat conditions.

Enhanced Amenities

The upstairs kitchenette now includes a refrigerator, providing added convenience for hosting parties and events.
