HCP4 Offering A Taste of African Heritage Classes

Every Wednesday through March 8, the community is welcome to join Prairie View University Nutrition Education Associate Janelle Elvy-Verry at the Hockley Community Center for A Taste of African Heritage, a 6-session class for people of all ages and interests.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn to cook African Heritage foods and how to add more flavor and good nutrition to meals. For more immersion, African heritage and culinary history is woven into the lessons.
