H-E-B Wine Walk Returns to The Woodlands Resort With 300+ Tastings, Local Bites and Live Music

For wine lovers across The Woodlands and Greater Houston, one of the area's biggest fall tasting events is returning with hundreds of pours, dozens of food stations and an evening built around discovering something new.

The H-E-B Wine Walk will take over The Woodlands Resort on Saturday, Oct. 24, bringing together more than 300 beverage selections, 40-plus culinary tasting stations, more than 150 displays, live entertainment and interactive experiences as part of Wine & Food Week.

The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m., with VIP guests receiving early access beginning at 5 p.m.

For local residents looking for things to do in The Woodlands in October, the Wine Walk offers more than a traditional tasting. Guests can move through the resort at their own pace, sample wine, craft beer and other beverages, try food from area restaurants and chefs, listen to live music and meet industry professionals along the way.

More Than 300 Beverage Selections and 40-Plus Food Stations

Organizers say the 2026 H-E-B Wine Walk will feature more than 300 beverage selections, more than 150 displays and over 40 culinary tasting stations.

Food and beverage offerings will be spread throughout The Woodlands Resort, creating a walk-through experience where guests can sample, explore and talk with representatives behind many of the products being served.

The 2026 culinary lineup includes Aileen Lebanese Food, Babin’s Seafood House, Caffè Di Fiore, Cake Fine Pastry, Chefs United, d’Alba Craft Kitchen, H-E-B, Lankford’s Burgers, Miya’s Munchies, Pastel Pizza, Punks Tacos & Bao, Rise Soufflé, Sal e Brasa, Spanish Flowers, Thistle Draftshop and Whiskey Cake.

That range gives guests a chance to sample everything from seafood and burgers to international cuisine, pastries and chef-driven small bites without committing to a single restaurant for the evening.

Wine Walk Experiences Go Beyond the Tasting Table

The Wine Walk is designed around a series of themed areas and experiences spread throughout the resort.

Among the featured 2026 attractions are the H-E-B Culinary Cantina, VIP Premium Lounge, Bayway Cadillac Fun Zone, Aruba “Your Happy Place,” Pop The Cork Bubbles Zone, Beer Garden, Sweet Street, Sip Happens Zone and Stella Rosa Airstream Bar.

Guests will also find photo walls and selfie stations, fun and games, LaCroix Sparkling Water, a Hydration Station and a Refresh Station during the evening.

Live entertainment will come from Shang & Byron 2Man Band, who are scheduled to perform on the Party Stage.

The variety is intended to give guests reasons to keep moving throughout the evening rather than staying in one tasting area.

Nonna Knows Best Brings Family Cooking Traditions to the Event

One of this year's more personal culinary experiences is Nonna Knows Best, featuring Nonna Luciana, Nonna Italia, Nonna Lalla and Nonna Margherita.

Guests will have an opportunity to meet the Nonnas and learn cooking techniques while hearing about the traditions behind their dishes. The experience is presented with the Cavit Wine Collection.

For an event centered largely around tasting and discovery, the Nonna Knows Best experience adds a distinctly personal element by connecting food with family traditions and recipes passed from one generation to the next.

Local Organizations Benefit From Wine Walk Activities

The event also includes several components tied to local nonprofit organizations.

A Wine Pull will benefit New Danville, a Montgomery County nonprofit community serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A Party Wagon Raffle will benefit the Montgomery County Food Bank, which works to address food insecurity throughout the county.

The evening will also include a Fun & Games experience connected with The Woodlands Arts Council.

Those components give attendees additional ways to participate while connecting the large regional event with organizations serving people in the surrounding community.

VIP Guests Get an Extra Hour

General admission begins at 6 p.m. and costs $79. The ticket includes a wine glass and all-inclusive access to the event's food and beverage tastings.

VIP admission is $135 and includes early entry beginning at 5 p.m., a larger VIP wine glass, a VIP swag bag, premium wines and elevated food offerings. VIP guests also have access to a dedicated premium lounge area.

Groups looking to make the evening a larger gathering can purchase a private VIP table for $3,750. The package includes 10 VIP tickets and a private reserved table in the VIP area.

Organizers note that seating at the Wine Walk is extremely limited, making the reserved table option one of the few ways for groups to guarantee a place to sit together during the evening.

Shopping and Local Vendors Join the Wine Walk

The 2026 Wine Walk also includes vendors beyond food and beverage participants. Confirmed vendors include Phoenix Niche, Emerald Street Designs, Gold & Grace, Monarca Hat Bar and Texas Art Engraving.

Curated shopping experiences give attendees opportunities to browse jewelry, accessories, customized items and other products between tastings.

H-E-B Leads a Broad Group of 2026 Partners

H-E-B serves as the title partner for the Wine Walk, with a broader group of businesses and organizations also participating in the 2026 event.
