Greenhouse Road Project: Cypress North Houston Road to Cypress Creek
Precinct 3 is working along Greenhouse Road on a series of projects to increase capacity for traffic volume and improve traffic flow.
Greenhouse Road, Segment 6, which extends from north of Cypress North Houston Road to Cypress Creek, will be completed this month, weather permitting.

Crews are adding two additional lanes, resulting in a 4-lane concrete boulevard. This project will also improve drainage along the road. Construction cost of this road segment is $1.8 million. Additional Greenhouse Road segments are currently under construction with an estimated completion of first quarter 2023.
