Grand Lakes Welcomes New Management Company

Recently, the Grand Lakes HOA Board voted to provide KPM management a thirty day notice to terminate the contract on December 28, 2023. The HOA Board stated during the January 22, 2024 HOA meeting that things were not working out KPM.
KPM Management has been our management company since July 1, 2023. Prior to KPM, the management company was PMG from 2015 through 2023.
