The GC1 board members would like to wish you a Happy and prosperous New Year.
GC1 HOA ASSESSMENT FEES
HOA assessment fees are due by Jan 31st. After this date, incurring penalties will start February 1st and GEO1 is aggressively pursuing collection from delinquent homeowners.
Homeowners who wish to setup installment payments or discuss their delinquent accounts can contact Chaparral Mgr.
CHRISTMAS LIGHTING CONTEST
Christmas light decoration judging and awards will be announced in the February newsletter. Thanks to all of you for showing your community holiday spirit.
PREPARE FOR THE COLD WEATHER
Cold weather will soon be upon us in January and February. Prepare yourself by: testing your generator and get gas for your generator, wood for fireplace, mulch to cover outside plants, pipe insulation, outside faucet covers, and extra water. Don’t forget to bring your pets inside.

GC1 Annual Board meeting is scheduled for the 2nd week in March 2023. Details will be provided next newsletter. All GC1 homeowners are welcome to attend. Topics include community project updates, financial status, architectural improvements, contract commitments/renewals, old and new business items. We are committed to keeping GC1 a safe and enjoyable community to raise our families. Board positions and committee positions available for volunteers.
