CHRISTMAS LIGHTING CONTEST

We all enjoyed a wonderful season of lights in Georgetown Colony. Many thanks to all who decorated. Congratulations to the winners of the Holiday lighting this season:

GC1 HOA ASSESSMENT FEES

Hoa fees were due before February 1. Homeowners who wish to set up installment payments or discuss their delinquent accounts can contact Chaparral Management.

GEORGETOWN I ANNUAL MEETING

Y2023 Annual HOA meeting will be Tuesday, March 14, 2023. All GC1 homeowners are welcome to attend. HOA committee and Board positions are available for homeowners interested in volunteering in the community. Topics include community project updates, financial status, architectural improvements, contract commitments/renewals, old and new business items. We are committed to keeping GC1 a safe and enjoyable community to raise our families.

PREPARE FOR THE COLD WEATHER

Brrrr! Brace ourselves for one more February freeze. Be mindful of protecting the 3 P's ( Pets, Plants and Pipes). Hopefully, nothing like last year!
