ARE YOU READY FOR COLD?
Prepared for a cold winter freeze? Stock up on gas, water and wood to keep warm.  Don’t forget your pets.  Provide adequate shelter for your outdoor pet. They matter too.

WE ARE A COMMUNITY THAT LOVE OUR PETS
The weather will be cooler and it will be the perfect weather to walk your fur babies.  Keep your pets safe by ensuring your gates and fences are maintained and your pets are chipped or have an ID collar, just in case they get loose and can be returned safely.  If you suspect animal abuse, neglect, hoarding, torture or dogfighting, please report it to the Harris County Animal Cruelty Taskforce at 927PAWS.org or 832-927-PAWS.

DEED RESTRICTIONS
Please refer to our deed restrictions to avoid violations and fees.  Here are a few to avoid: RV’s, trailers, commercial vehicles parked for an excessive amount of time in public view, growing agricultural, like corn in public view, parking vehicles on your lawn, etc...  Deed restrictions will be enforced.
