Friendly Reminders About Your Neighborhood Pool

Getting ready to visit the Remington Ranch pool? Before you pack up your towels, please read these friendly reminders. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for pool rules in advance.
- If you do not have an access card issued to your residence from the years 2019 to 2021 go to Crest-Management.com and click on "Request Pool Tag/Access Device"to request a new pool access card.
- You must be in good standing with a $0 balance to receive a card. You will have to pay $25.00 for a new card if you were issued one in 2019 to 2021. If your access card does not work, please contact Crest Management at tammymc@crest-management.com or 281-945-4601 with the last four digits of the card number.
- Unfortunately, pool hours will be inconsistent due to the shortage of lifeguards across the United States. We are solely dependent on the lifeguards to open the pool and we receive little or no warning of pool closures. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and assure you that Sweetwater Pools is doing everything they can to staff the pool.
- Be kind and respectful to the security and lifeguards while they are on duty - they are very difficult to find! Keep in mind, the security and/or lifeguards cannot provide access cards. They are serving the community by working hard at the pool so you can enjoy your visit.
