Harris County Master Gardeners Presents: Fall Vegetable Gardening

We will learn how to prepare for fall transplants and seeds, which soil provides the best nourishment for vegetables, and suggested vegetables to plant. The Master Gardener Speaker’s Bureau Program is offered by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service, and is designed to provide horticultural education. College Safety Course for Girls

Join Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner Lesley Briones and Houston City Council Member Mary Nan Huffman for a family-friendly, sports-themed movie night on Friday, July 21, at 6:30 p.m., at Nottingham Park, 14205 Kimberley Lane, Houston! Pose next to the 2022 World Series trophy with some of H-Town’s favorite mascots, including Toro, Diesel, and the Houston Astros Shooting Stars. Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. with face painting, inflatable games, hot dogs, snow cones, and a demonstration by Houston’s XFL team – The Roughnecks!
