In recognition of his invaluable contributions, the Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels will honor the legacy of the late JC Carrillo by dedicating its Rosenberg distribution center in his memory. The dedication ceremony, set for November 12, 2024, at the Bud O'Shieles Community Center, signifies a heartfelt tribute to JC's 30 years of selfless service to the elderly community.
