The menu offers a variety of delicious breakfast options, such as omelets, pancakes, and the famous “Gravy Train” biscuits. For lunch and dinner, diners can enjoy a range of Southern comfort dishes, including chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and meatloaf. There are also fresh salads, sandwiches, and sides like “Moon Dusted” Potatoes and Grilled Mac & Cheese.

To cater to a variety of dietary needs, Flying Biscuit offers several vegan and gluten-free options, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their Southern-inspired meals. Whether you're stopping by for a casual breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Flying Biscuit Café’s Cy-Fair location is poised to become a neighborhood favorite for locals craving comfort food with a creative twist.
