Floyd's 99 Barbershop Expands to Cypress: A Blend of Modern Style and Classic Service
Barbershop brand Floyd's 99 is set to open a new location in Cypress. The shop will be located at 9620 Fry Road, in a new development at the southeast corner of Fry Road and Tuckerton. According to recent filings with TDLR, the construction of this new shop is expected to kick off in the first half of October and finish by the end of December.
Floyd's 99 Barbershop offers a wide array of barbering services including color, cuts, fades, and shaves. Each service initiates with a professional consultation to understand and fulfill the customer's unique haircare requirements. They offer an assortment of haircut options such as Floyd’s Cut, Buzz Cut, Skin Fade, Long Layer Cut, Full Service Cut, and, not forgetting the little ones, the Kids Cut.
Additionally, Floyd's offers specialized grooming services like beard trims, head shaves, and intricate design work, along with luxurious shampoo and styling services. These comprehensive treatments range from massage shampoo to CBD deep conditioning, and from shampoo blow out to transformative color services that are tailored to the customer's preferences and hair type. Patrons can also opt for Floyd's waxing services for a complete grooming experience.

The Cypress location is part of a franchise owned by the Dallas-based Mad Concepts Group, led by Courtney Lindley and Bob Gregg. The group is responsible for day-to-day operations of Floyd's 99 Barbershop. This new location will add to the four existing Floyd's 99 Barbershop locations across the Greater Houston Area.
