A new Five Guys restaurant is on the way to Richmond, Texas, joining a steadily expanding corridor of fast-casual dining and family services along the West Grand Parkway South. The upcoming location—at 11115 West Grand Parkway South in Fort Bend County—is scheduled to begin renovations this fall, with an estimated project cost of $800,000 and a targeted completion for mid-January 2026.
According to state permit filings, the project includes interior tenant improvements to a 2,450-square-foot commercial space, with upgrades ranging from new walls and ceilings to plumbing, HVAC, restrooms, and a full kitchen exhaust system. The restaurant is expected to reflect the signature Five Guys aesthetic and open-kitchen concept.
The Burger Brand That Built a Following
Since launching in 1986 in Arlington, Virginia, Five Guys has grown into a beloved fast-casual brand with more than 1,900 locations worldwide, including around 20 in the Greater Houston area. The restaurant is known for its never-frozen burgers, hand-cut Idaho fries cooked in peanut oil, and a toppings bar that allows full customization at no extra charge.
