The Falcon Ranch HOA Board has been very busy the last few weeks managing Projects to improve our Community.
BRICK WALLS
Our latest project is almost completed. Power Washing the Brick Walls in the Common Areas is one of the biggest improvements so far. See the attached picture for a clear comparison from what it looked like before and then after the Power Washing. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!
TREE TRIMMING
We continue efforts to improve our Community. Starting the week of May 1, 2023, the trees in all Common Areas will be trimmed. Communication will be sent out with details of the project.
The HOA Board is working for all of you to increase the value of your homes. We need all of you to help also. Take pride in your home and our Community. You can make a difference.
