Falcon Point East HOA Annual Meeting Set for November 12
Mark your calendars for the Falcon Point East Homeowners Association Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 6:30 PM. We’ll gather at the Edna Mae Fielder Elementary School Gym, located at 2100 Greenway Village Drive, Katy, TX 77494. Be a part of this important gathering and participate in shaping our community!
The primary purpose of the meeting is to elect two directors to the Falcon Point East HOA Board, who will each serve a two-year term. If you’re interested in being on the election ballot, please reach out to the Falcon Point East HOA community manager, Kelley W., at kelleyw@Crest-Management.com by 12:00 PM on the day of the meeting. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting, so don’t hesitate to bring your enthusiasm!
To ensure we have a productive meeting, we need a quorum of 10% of members present in person or by proxy. If you can’t attend, please return your proxy by the deadline. You can view the official meeting notice and proxy here. Each member is entitled to one vote per lot, and remember, cumulative voting is not permitted.
The agenda for the evening will include important topics such as the approval of last year’s minutes, financial reports, and an open forum for homeowners. It’s a great chance to voice your opinions and stay informed about our community’s direction.
