Cypress Mill Assessments: Building a Strong and Vibrant Community Together
With 2023 behind us, your HOA Board and community management team want to ensure the financial health of our HOA to best care for your neighborhood in 2024, which calls for HOA assessment dues to be submitted. Assessment dues serve as the lifeblood of our neighborhood, allowing us to continuously enhance our shared spaces and foster a sense of pride within our community. They enable us to plan and execute essential maintenance, future improvements, and even host neighborhood events.
As a friendly reminder, all annual assessments for Cypress Mill are due at this time. The annual dues for 2024 amount to $700, which were due by January 1, 2024. Association statements were sent out in November 2023 to provide you with the option to make monthly payments leading up to the January 31, 2024 deadline, if preferred.
We kindly urge all homeowners to make timely payments, as fees started accruing for late payments beginning February 1, 2024. For those interested in setting up a payment plan, please reach out to the on-site community manager, Angela Rivera, at angela.rivera@associa.us. Remember, the payment plan agreement includes a monthly fee and the association's interest.
Paying assessments promptly will help avoid late fees and interest charges. You can make payments via TownSq at https://app.townsq.io/login or mail your payment to P.O. Box 650822, Dallas, TX 775265-0822 at your earliest convenience. Feel free to pay your yearly assessments in advance, either in full or gradually throughout the year. This proactive approach is encouraged for all homeowners.
