Cypress Couple Bring the Flavors of Pakistan to Houston with Kreamy Scoops and Snacks
Kreamy Scoops and Snacks, an ice cream and snack bar influenced by the heritage of Pakistan, has made its introduction in Houston. This unique culinary addition to the area, located at 17817 FM 529 Suite 150, Houston, TX 77095, emerged in May, thanks to owners and Cypress locals, Muhammad Saif-Uddin and Tasleem Muhammad.
Saif and Tasleem, a husband and wife team, are originally from Pakistan. Immigrating to the United States, Saif-Uddin initially entered the trucking business. Their shared love for food and their desire to contribute to the Houston food scene led them to establish Kreamy Scoops and Snacks, offering them an opportunity to preserve and share the vibrant flavors of Pakistan's traditional ice creams with the community.
Their menu showcases a host of offerings that maintain a distinct flavor palate. Kreamy Scoops takes traditional recipes infused with premium ingredients to craft its unique ice creams using organic milk. The shop features ice cream flavors such as Kaju Rabri, a concoction that mimics a north Indian pudding with cardamom and saffron, and Rose Peshawari, which promises a super creamy texture. The menu also includes rolled mango ice cream and Kulfi, a dense, traditional ice cream popular in the Indian subcontinent.
