Cy-Fair Home and Outdoor Living Show Returns March 21–22 with Charity Garage Sale and Children’s Entrepreneur Market

February 10 2026

Home improvement inspiration, hands-on expertise, and family-friendly experiences will come together March 21–22 as the 19th Annual Cy-Fair Home and Outdoor Living Show returns to the Berry Center in Cypress. With free admission and parking, the two-day event is designed to connect homeowners directly with trusted local professionals while offering unique shopping opportunities and community-focused activities.

Hosted at the Berry Center, located at 8877 Barker Cypress Rd, Cypress, TX 77433, the show brings dozens of home improvement and outdoor living specialists under one roof. Attendees can meet contractors face-to-face, compare services, and ask detailed questions about projects ranging from kitchen and bathroom remodels to roofing, landscaping, generators, and outdoor living spaces. Organizers emphasize that in-person conversations help set realistic expectations around scope, budget, and timelines—often preventing costly delays or misunderstandings later in the process.

In addition to exhibitor booths, the event features appearances by well-known local experts, including Skip Richter of KTRH GardenLine and Tom Tynan, host of HomeShow Radio, offering practical advice drawn from decades of experience in the Greater Houston area.

GHBA Charity Garage Sale Returns

A longtime highlight of the show, the Greater Houston Builders Association Remodelers Council Charity Garage Sale will once again offer shoppers the chance to purchase new and gently used home products at garage-sale prices. Items typically include appliances, lighting fixtures, cabinets, hardware, sinks, tile, windows, doors, select furniture, framed artwork, and other remodeling materials. Many items are unused or lightly used due to overorders, incorrect sizing, or model changes.

Proceeds from the Charity Garage Sale support the Remodelers Council’s local nonprofit initiatives, including partnerships with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity of Houston, keeping the focus on giving back to the community while helping homeowners stretch their renovation budgets.

Children’s Entrepreneur Market on Saturday

On Saturday, March 21 only, families can also explore the Children’s Entrepreneur Market, a kid-run marketplace operating from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The market features more than 40 booths where children sell products or services they created themselves, with parents taking a hands-off role. The experience is designed to teach young participants real-world skills such as pricing, marketing, managing expenses, and leadership—while giving attendees a chance to support youth entrepreneurship.

Outdoor Living Inspiration

Outdoor living takes center stage as well, with interactive and visual displays throughout the event. Attendees can explore deck designs, browse discounted patio furniture, learn about custom backyard courts for pickleball and other sports, and view landscaping and hardscape concepts aimed at boosting curb appeal and functionality.

The Cy-Fair Home and Outdoor Living Show runs Saturday, March 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission and parking are free. More information about exhibitors and event details is available at TexwoodShows.com.
