CWC's Shop 'Til You Drop 2023 in Motion

March 20 2023

The Cy-Fair Women's Club is in the process of sending out vendor packets to returning vendors for their highly anticipated Shop 'til You Drop fundraising event set to take place on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at the Berry Center.

Returning vendor applications will be sent out through the remainder of March and into April. Next month, new vendor registration packets will begin to go out through the month of May. Interested vendors should check CWC's website regularly for updates at cyfairwomensclub.org. The CWC has advised that applicants should check their spam/junk email folders to ensure delivery of emails from CWC.

CWC hosted their first craft show in the late 1990’s with just a few vendors who came to a monthly meeting for club members to shop. The craft show grew to 100 vendors in 2006 and relocated to Lone Star College Cy-Fair campus. After having to cancel their 2008 show due to Hurricane Ike, Shop 'til You Drop moved again in 2009 with more vendors and shoppers than ever.  The Berry Center located on Barker Cypress and West Road is currently where Shop 'til You Drop is held each year.

Shop 'til You Drop is hosted and executed entirely by CWC's own dedicated club members and community volunteers. At every Shop 'til You Drop, CWC has a booth to introduce people to the club. Stop by their booth near the main entrance and visit with some CWC members to learn more about CWC's work in the community and how you can get involved.

About Cy-Fair Women's Club (CWC)

Cy-Fair Women’s Club (CWC) is a 501(c)(3) organization serving the greater Cy-Fair community in northwest Harris County in Houston, Texas. Begun in 1982 as the Copperfield Women’s Club, our mission to serve the needs of our community remain as strong as the day we first came together. Our hard-working, determined members are dedicated to fundraising and community volunteering. The popular market event Shop ‘til You Drop (STYD) is our primary fundraiser held annually on the second Saturday in September. The funds we have raised through the shopping event, concession stand volunteering, sponsorship, membership dues and donations have allowed us to annually provide over $22,000 in high school scholarships and over $40,000 to local charities.
