Copper Grove Residents Invited to Speak Up at Sept. 24 Meeting About Proposed 75-Unit Development
A new chapter could be coming to the Copper Grove community as a developer sets sights on a 75-unit multi-family housing project for the parcel of land located between the post office and the ongoing MUD construction site on Point Northwest Boulevard. The land was recently purchased from the MUD district, and while plans are in motion, construction cannot begin without the green light from the Copper Grove Homeowners Association.
Because the site falls within the jurisdiction of the Copper Grove HOA, the developer is required to gain approval from both the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the Board of Directors before any building begins.
Residents now have a critical opportunity to learn more and make their voices heard.
A representative of the developer will attend the next HOA board meeting on Wednesday, September 24 at 7:00 p.m. to present plans and field questions from homeowners. The open session will take place at Staybridge Suites Houston NW, located at 13140 FM 1960 Road W.
This may be the only chance for residents to hear directly from the developer and offer feedback before decisions are finalized.

“The bigger the crowd, the stronger our voice,” read a message from the HOA to residents, encouraging attendance.
Community members are urged to come prepared with questions, concerns, or comments about the potential impact of the development on neighborhood traffic, property values, architectural consistency, and long-term infrastructure.
While the exact timeline for construction remains to be determined, HOA leaders emphasize that participation from homeowners is key in ensuring that Copper Grove’s standards — and community character — are upheld.
