New Luxury Apartments Coming to Copperfield Area
The Copperfield area is set to welcome Point NW Luxury Apartments, a five-story development with 75 high-end residential units. This luxury apartment complex will be located in the heart of Copperfield at 15200 Point Northwest Boulevard, according to Alexander Grene Development, the property developer.
The site for the new development is a 1.5-acre parcel of raw land area directly behind the USPS Copperfield Annex. The developer hopes that the location will offer incoming residents attractive amenities, as well as top-rated schools and convenient access to world-class retail outlets.
Classified as a Class A development, Point NW Luxury Apartments is banking on micro rents that are drawing closer to the $2.5 per square foot mark. This is a direct response to the need for more housing options in the desirable Copperfield submarket.
Alexander Grene Development, acting as the lead sponsor for the project, has other nearby projects in their pipeline also. Specifically, it is making waves for bringing the first build-to-rent community to Cypress with 44 duplex units located on Spring Cypress Road.
The development of Point NW Luxury Apartments is backed by financial underwriting from Stellar Bank. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), construction is expected to kick off in early December and targeted for completion in late August 2025. The estimated cost for this ambitious project stands at $7,000,000.
