We are so proud to announce that Cassandra Perez, our association manager with Chaparral Management Company – Katy, has been named Newcomer Manager of the year by the Community Association Institute’s Greater Houston Chapter. The group is an international organization that is dedicated to building better communities by providing its members (management companies and board members) with education and resources to support their communities. Perez has been a member of CAI for three years; she volunteers for their community outreach programs and has also attended many educational seminars as well. Perez has truly done an outstanding job for our community and we couldn’t be happier about her award. |
