FACE FOUNDRIÉ Coming to LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch in Katy, Bringing Facials, Skincare and Beauty Services to the Shopping Center

Katy / Fulshear
October 13 2026

Katy residents will soon have another option for facials and skincare close to home as FACE FOUNDRIÉ, a growing national facial bar franchise, prepares to open at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. The beauty and wellness business is planning a new location at 2717 Commercial Center Boulevard, Suite E170, bringing its specialized facial treatments, brow and lash services, and skincare products to one of Katy's most popular shopping and dining destinations.

The upcoming FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Katy will occupy approximately 1,600 square feet within LaCenterra, which serves residents throughout Cinco Ranch, Seven Meadows, Grand Lakes, Cross Creek Ranch and surrounding communities. The proposed location is currently occupied by Amerejuve MedSpa, and it remains unclear whether the business plans to relocate or close its LaCenterra location. The new facial bar would add to LaCenterra's existing selection of beauty and wellness services, giving Katy-area residents another option for skincare treatments close to home.

According to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the $150,000 renovation is scheduled to begin November 18, 2026, with an anticipated completion date of February 18, 2027. Plans call for converting an existing retail space into a FACE FOUNDRIÉ studio, including new interior partition walls, finishes, and mechanical, plumbing and electrical improvements to accommodate equipment and fixtures.

The February completion date reflects the proposed construction schedule rather than a confirmed opening date. However, FACE FOUNDRIÉ already lists its Katy location as coming soon on the company's official website.

What Is FACE FOUNDRIÉ? A Different Approach to Traditional Facials

Founded in 2019 by entrepreneur Michele Henry in Edina, Minnesota, FACE FOUNDRIÉ was created around the idea that professional skincare treatments should be easier to fit into everyday schedules and more approachable for customers who may not regularly visit a traditional spa.

Rather than centering its business on lengthy spa appointments, the company specializes in shorter, targeted facial treatments designed to address individual skincare concerns. Its signature focused facials typically last 40 minutes, while mini facials offer a 20-minute option for customers with limited time.

Services include treatments focused on hydration, exfoliation, skin texture and other common skincare needs, along with more advanced facial options. The company also offers eyebrow shaping and tinting, lash lifts, brow laminations, waxing and optional treatment enhancements.

For customers interested in maintaining a regular skincare routine, FACE FOUNDRIÉ offers monthly memberships, while its retail selection includes skincare products intended for use between appointments. The brand also accommodates group bookings for birthdays, bridal celebrations and other gatherings.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ has expanded through franchising into markets across the United States, with more than 65 locations nationwide according to company information. Its growth has included an increasing presence in Texas, where the first Houston-area studio opened in spring 2022.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ Continues Expanding Across Greater Houston

The planned Katy location is part of FACE FOUNDRIÉ's broader expansion throughout Greater Houston.

The company currently operates studios at 5152 Buffalo Speedway in Houston, 16535 Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land and 11302 Broadway Street in Pearland. Additional locations are listed as coming soon in Houston Heights and Friendswood.

For Katy residents who previously would have needed to travel to Sugar Land or central Houston to visit the brand, the LaCenterra location will offer a more convenient option in the Cinco Ranch area.

The company's expansion also reflects its interest in establishing neighborhood-based studios rather than relying exclusively on large destination shopping districts. In a previous announcement about its Houston-area growth strategy, FACE FOUNDRIÉ identified additional opportunities in communities including Cypress, Pearland and Humble.

Another New Business Joins LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch

The arrival of FACE FOUNDRIÉ adds to the ongoing changes at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, located along Cinco Ranch Boulevard and Commercial Center Boulevard in Fort Bend County.

The shopping center has continued attracting a mix of national brands, restaurants and service-oriented businesses. Its existing tenants include Athleta, Buff City Soap, Elements Massage, CycleBar, CAVA and several locally familiar dining establishments. Other recently announced projects at LaCenterra include restaurant additions such as Hudson House and PopUp Bagels.

For families in Cinco Ranch and neighboring Katy communities, the new facial bar will add another personal care option to a shopping center many already visit for dinner, shopping, fitness classes and community events.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ's focus on shorter treatments may be particularly appealing to customers looking to schedule a facial during a lunch break, between errands or before an evening out, without setting aside several hours for a traditional spa visit.
