Concord Colony 2nd Annual Spook-tacular Contest

This will be our 2nd annual Spook-tacular contest! We will have 2 houses in the neighborhood crowned - Scariest and fall festive! They will receive a prize and have a seasonal yard sign placed in their yard for all to see. (Signs will be installed on 10/22 and picked up 11/1).
*Please make sure your exterior Halloween decor is up and running. Winners of our Spook-tacular contest will be announced 10/22!!
