Clay Road HOA to Host May 20 Meeting: What Cypress Meadow Residents Need to Know

In a continued effort to foster community involvement and maintain neighborhood standards, the Clay Road Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold its monthly Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. The meeting will take place at the Cypress Meadow clubhouse located at 19230 Cypress Flower, Katy, TX 77449.

Meeting Details and Schedule

The session will begin with a closed Executive Session at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Open Session at 7:00 p.m., where residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. The agenda for the open meeting includes a variety of topics that directly impact the Cypress Meadow community:

  • Homeowner Open Forum: Residents will have the opportunity to speak directly to the board, with five minutes allotted per speaker to share questions, concerns, or suggestions.

  • Financial Report and Minutes Review: A look at the neighborhood’s financial health and confirmation of previous meeting minutes.

  • Community Updates: Topics include deed restriction enforcement, legal and collection actions, a playground inspection, landscape architect proposals, and the planning of an upcoming Movie Night.
