A new flavor is coming to the heart of Comal County as Chipotle Mexican Grill is officially set to open at Creekside Town Center in New Braunfels. The restaurant has signed a lease for a 2,528-square-foot endcap space at the shopping center, located at the intersection of Interstate 35 and FM 306.
According to state filings, tenant improvement work at the new Chipotle is expected to begin in early May 2026, with an estimated completion around the beginning of September 2026. The $650,000 project will transform the leased retail unit at 323 Creekside Crossing into one of the brand's signature modern eateries. This new location will be designated as Chipotle #5350 Creekside New Braunfels.
