Cliff and Brenda consistently go above and beyond in maintaining their property—carefully trimming trees, tending to landscaping, and ensuring their yard is welcoming year-round. During the holidays, they add even more charm with thoughtful and festive decorations that bring joy to neighbors and visitors alike.

Cliff’s connection to Champions Park runs deep. He grew up in the neighborhood, and he and his family continue to live nearby, remaining devoted to preserving the beauty and character of the community they have always called home. That dedication shows not only in their own yard, but in their ongoing service to theneighborhood.

Most recently, the Kuhfeldts generously donated to support theconstruction of a bench, a neighborhood library, and a bulletin board at the local clubhouse—projects completed by one of our area Scouts and now enjoyed by the entire community. In addition to helping host our Fourth of July festival, Cliff and Brenda are true patriots of Champions Park, always stepping up to make a positive difference.
