Champions Park is excited to welcome a wonderful new family who have truly made an immediate and lasting impression on our neighborhood Ali and Nausheen Rizvi of 6738 Apple Valley Lane.

From the moment they arrived, the Rizvi family got to work transforming a home that had unfortunately become an eyesore after sitting vacant for some time. Where others may have seen challenges, they saw opportunity. With vision, dedication, and a lot of hard work, they took on a full remodel revitalizing the home from its 1980s roots and bringing it back to life with a beautiful, modern touch.

Not only did they completely update the interior, but they also elevated the home’s curb appeal with fresh landscaping and new lighting that truly makes the property shine. Their efforts have not only improved their own home but have added tremendous value and pride to the entire neighborhood.

Ali and Nausheen are joined by their two outstanding children, Ahsan (13) and Zara (11), who are already doing amazing things and adding to the positive energy this family brings. With family and friends already in Champions Park, the Rizvis are deeply connected and are sure to foster a strong sense of community wherever they go.
