CFISD Celebrates Ten Class of 2024 Graduates Appointed to Service Academies

Ten CFISD graduates from the Class of 2024 have received appointments to attend United States service academies. 

Bridgeland High School had two appointments:

  • Noah Allen Cuellar was appointed to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York; and
  • Joshua Cooper was appointed to the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York.

“Bridgeland is very proud of Noah and Joshua,” said Mike Smith, Bridgeland principal. “Their hard work, perseverance and commitment to character will take them far in their futures.”

Cy-Fair High School graduate Justin Lozano was appointed to the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

“On behalf of the entire Cy-Fair High School community, I extend a heartfelt congratulations to Justin Lozano and his family,” said Ana Martin, Cy-Fair principal. “We are incredibly proud of Justin and we wish him the very best as he embarks on this new and exciting journey at the United States Naval Academy.”

Cypress Creek High School graduate Jayme Santasiero was appointed to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.

Cypress Falls High School graduate Lincoln Morris was appointed to the U.S. Military Academy.

“We are so proud of Lincoln Morris for his appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point,” said Becky Denton, Cypress Falls principal. “His hard work, talent and dedication exemplify the spirit of true service and excellence. Congratulations to Lincoln on this outstanding achievement and we’re thankful for his service.”

Cypress Park High School graduates John Jordan and Khoi Le Van were appointed to the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Cypress Springs High School had two appointments:

  • James Hughes was appointed to the U.S. Naval Academy; and
  • Harrison Mass was appointed to the U.S. Military Academy.

Cypress Woods High School graduate Susan Leonard was appointed to the U.S. Military Academy.

“Our campus is immensely proud of Susan Leonard for her dedication, perseverance and leadership,” said Lloyd Turner, Cypress Woods principal. “Her accomplishment is a testament to her hard work and commitment to serving others. Susan’s success is an inspiration to all of us and we’re honored to celebrate this significant milestone with her.”
