24-Hour Manned Security
Canyon Gate is proud to offer 24-hour manned security to help safeguard our neighborhood. Our dedicated security guard is stationed at the gate around the clock, ensuring that access is closely monitored. If you need to contact the on-duty guard for any reason, you can reach them directly by calling 281-646-7906.
However, please note that the guard is not able to leave their station. In case of any suspicious activity or an intruder, please contact the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office at 281-341-4665 immediately. In emergencies, always dial 911. By remaining vigilant and reporting any concerns, we can work together to maintain the safety of our community.
Add Visitors Easily with Gate Sentry App
With the holidays just around the corner, many residents will have family and friends visiting from out of town. Canyon Gate makes it easy to manage access for temporary visitors with the Gate Sentry app. Whether you're expecting guests for a short stay or have extended family visiting for the holidays, the app allows you to add temporary visitors, add permanent visitors, or deny access to any unwanted guests.
Using the app, you will also receive real-time notifications when your visitors arrive, giving you peace of mind that your loved ones have safely made it into the community. If you don’t have access to the app yet, please reach out to the property manager to obtain your login.
