Burlington Store to Replace Former 99 Cent Only Location in Steeplechase with Major Renovation Plans
The former 99 Cent Only Store, located at 10787 Jones Road in the Steeplechase area of Houston, is set to be renovated into a Burlington store, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
The renovation project, estimated to cost approximately $2.02 million, will involve a series of interior improvements to the existing space of approximately 23,056 square feet. Plans for the alteration work include the construction of new offices and fitting rooms, alongside new floor and wall finishes throughout the space.
The construction work is scheduled to begin in early October and is expected to be completed by mid-February 2025.
The transformation comes in the wake of the closure of all 99 Cent Only Stores on May 26, 2024.
