Board President Misty Fain Shares Holiday Message and Farewell to Champions Park Neighbors
Dear Neighbors of Champions Park,
Along with the other HOA board members, I want to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas and holiday season. I hope you all feel the joy and delight of the season.
As this year comes to a close, my time as a member of the Champions Park HOA Board is also coming to an end. My term will end on January 15, 2026 and I will not be seeking another term.
After four years on the Board, I will be stepping away. I want you all to know what a pleasure it has been to serve our neighborhood. Champions Park is more than a neighborhood, it is a community of wonderful, kind, passionate, and hard working people. I am so proud to be your neighbor!
My time serving on the HOA Board has been rewarding, challenging, and yes, a lot of fun! The board members I have had the opportunity to serve with represent everything that is wonderful about Champions Park. I cannot emphasize enough how hard working and energetic they are when it comes to caring for our neighborhood.
Champions Park is one of the few HOA's in the area that is self managed. I encourage you all to attend the annual HOA meeting on January 15 to hear more about what that means for us and how important it is that we continue to have residents that will volunteer their time and energy to make sure Champions Park continues on this path. Please give some thought to how you can serve.
Thank you all for being the best neighbors!
Misty Fain
