Community Social Event
The Easton Commons Board and Social Committee has planned a Beginning of Summer event for the Community on May 14th from 12 to 2pm. Come on out and get a Sno Cone from Kona Ice and let the kiddos enjoy the bounce house. Come get to know your board and community volunteers. Bring your swimsuits and take a dip to cool off in the pool (make sure you have filled out your waiver for access). We look forward to seeing you all there.
Pool Season
We are looking forward to a great pool season. The pool area and furniture has been power washed and cleaned. We have made some improvements to the pool building and fence surrounding the pool. We hope everyone comes out this summer starting May 1st to Oct 31st the pool will be open from 6am to 9pm and closed on Mondays for cleaning. Please remember to fill out the pool waiver located on the Graham Management Website to ensure your pool cards get activated.
Home Architectural Changes
Homeowners are reminded that approval from the Architectural Review Committee must be obtained prior to any changes or improvements made to the exterior of your property. Updated ARC application forms can be obtained on the website: www.copperfield.org/easton_commons.php
GFL Waste
If you have not done so, please ensure you are registered and making your trash payments with GFL waste, many homes have not done so. You can now view and make your on- line payments by registering with GFL. If you have questions or need help registering, please email wcacshouston@gflenv.com and let’s help keep Copperfield beautiful.
Next Meeting of the Homeowners Association
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors will be on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 @ 6:00pm via zoom video conference. The meeting will begin at 6:00pm and residents are invited to attend. Meeting login information will be sent out via CINC so please make sure your email is on file.
