We hope most of our residents have subscribed to read this neighborhood information online.  Krenek Printing, the parent company of My Neighborhood News, has been providing our newsletter circulation for a long time and we really appreciate it. As with most things nowadays, paper versions are going away since most people have access to the internet at their homes or on the phones, online versions make it easier to access.

SPRING SPRUCE UP

Thankfully we did not have any severe freezing temperatures this winter.   Here are a few things we can do every spring to keep up with the maintenance of our homes:
  • Give your lawn the spring fertilizer feeding
  • If you have a chimney, this is a good time to have it cleaned and swept
  • Have your HVAC unit checked and a tune-up done for both heating and cooling systems safety and efficiency
  • Spring forward time change is a good time to replace the batteries of smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detectors and check your fire extinguisher if you have one.  If you don’t, you may consider getting a small one for the kitchen just in case of small grease fire.
  • Power-wash the sidings and driveway to get rid of mold and mildew

OUR APP

If you have not downloaded the app TownSq or sign up an account there (https://app.townsq.io/associa/signup) please do so. All you need is your account number with PMG (our management company). If you need to get it, please call them and they can provide that to you.  Once signed up, you will be able to see our news, announcements, monthly meeting schedules, deed restrictions and governing documents, ACC form etc… You can also post your questions and get responses there which often is more convenient and quicker than emails.

PAYMENT PLAN FOR OUTSTANDING ASSESSMENTS

All payment plans must be approved and arranged by our management company property manager.  Please note that all payment plans and outstanding balances continue to incur a monthly handling fee of $20 until balance is paid off.  If you would like to arrange for a payment plan, please contact our property manager Rose Rodriguez r.rodriguez@pmghouston.com 713-329-7151 immediately.  This will avoid your outstanding balance to be forwarded to attorney collection after May.

MONTHLY MEETING

Our monthly meeting is always scheduled on 2nd Tue of every month at 7:00pm.  The meetings are still expected to be virtual meetings for the time being.  Meeting information is always announced in our TownSq app a week prior to meeting date.  The meeting link and phone number to join the virtual meeting can be found in TownSq under the announcement.
