HOA Assessment Fees
Thank you to homeowners who have paid their Y2022 HOA assessments. HOA fees were due by January 31st. Delinquent homeowners are highly encouraged to setup an installment plan to avoid additional late fees and subsequent attorney collections action by contacting Beverly McCoy at Chaparral Management Company, phone:281-463-1777. Your HOA is very aggressive with collections and the Board of Directors has effectively managed to keep HOA assessment fees to a low minimum rate while providing improvements to our community with your continued support and on-time payment of the annual HOA assessment fees.

Use of the community board is encouraged. Please forward requests to your HOA. We need volunteers to post informative and relevant messages to the neighborhood marquee sign on a regular basis.
