Anniston Community Invites Families to Back-to-School Movie Night on August 8
As the countdown to a new school year begins, Anniston families have an opportunity to enjoy one more summer evening together before classrooms fill once again. The Anniston Community is hosting a Back-to-School Movie Night on Saturday, August 8, offering residents a chance to relax, reconnect with neighbors, and celebrate the end of summer with a fun-filled community event.
Designed exclusively for Anniston residents, the event combines pool time, family activities, and an outdoor movie into one memorable evening. It's the kind of neighborhood gathering that helps strengthen connections while giving children one last summer celebration before heading back to school.
An Evening of Swimming, Food and Family Fun
The festivities will take place from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the featured movie, Despicable Me 4 (PG), beginning at approximately 8:30 p.m. Residents are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the pool, visit with friends, and settle in before the movie starts.
In addition to the movie, attendees can look forward to:
