Aguirre's Tex-Mex in Copperfield Opens Doors at New Location
After months of anticipation, Aguirre's Tex Mex has finally opened its new location on FM 529. This follows the closure of its previous location on Highway 6, marking the dawn of a fresh chapter in the restaurant's journey.
The restaurant, which celebrated its grand reopening on February 15, is no stranger to the restaurant landscape in the Copperfield area. Having debuted on March 30, 2015, Aguirre's Tex Mex has been serving the community for nearly nine years. With a cozy interior and outdoor patio area, the original restaurant was situated at 6166 Hwy 6 N, in a small strip center in front of an El Rancho grocery store.
Aguirre's Tex Mex has forged a reputation for its quality food and exceptional service. The shift to the new location at 15650 FM 529, an address some patrons may remember as the former Fajita Willie’s, promises to continue this legacy. While guests may find the location has changed, the menu at the restaurant remains consistent. With a larger dining area than the former address, the new location boasts a spacious patio that wraps around the southern end of the restaurant and a cantina-style bar inside.
However, the move to the new location hasn't been devoid of challenges. A year-long wait delayed the opening of the new location due to various hurdles encountered during the transition. But when the doors of their new location finally opened, restaurant staff were taken aback by the overwhelming turnout of support.
With this new chapter, Aguirre's Tex Mex looks forward to continuing to offer its trademark meals and unrivaled hospitality that its patrons have come to appreciate over the years.
