Ace Pickleball Club to Open New Facility in Spring with Year-Round Programming and High-Tech Courts

January 06 2026

A major new addition to Spring’s growing sports and recreation landscape is in the works. Ace Pickleball Club, a national indoor pickleball operator, is building a new 33,930-square-foot facility at 22717 Kuykendahl Road. Construction is set to begin in February 2026, with a target completion date of February 2027.

The Spring facility marks a significant expansion for the rapidly growing brand, which already has an open location in nearby Magnolia and another underway in Sugar Land. The Kuykendahl location will join more than 20 Ace Pickleball Clubs already operating across the country. According to the company, it expects to reach 60 open clubs nationwide by the end of 2026.

A High-Quality Experience for All Skill Levels

Ace Pickleball Club aims to make the sport accessible, competitive, and community-focused. The facility will feature professional-grade, cushioned courts that exceed regulation standards, designed for both comfort and performance. Courts will be separated by skill level, allowing players to find the right match without the need to pre-schedule.

The club’s format makes it easy for newcomers and experienced players alike to get in the game. With open play all day, every day, members can walk in and jump into matches. Amenities like new balls on every court, paddle demos from top brands, and PlaySight camera technology—allowing players to review their highlights on their phones—are included with membership.

Community-Centered Programs and Events

Beyond the courts, the Spring location will host a full slate of programs and events designed to build community and help players grow. Clinics include everything from “Pickleball 101” for beginners to performance-focused training for advanced players. Social mixers, glow-in-the-dark pickleball nights, and member appreciation events round out the calendar.

One of Ace Pickleball Club’s standout offerings is its APC Championship Series, delivered in partnership with DoorDash. This nationwide tournament program includes six members-only events throughout the year. Winners from each location qualify for the APC National Championship, featuring a $250,000 prize pool. The next national event is scheduled for January 27–February 1, 2026, in Roswell, Georgia.

Flexible Leagues for Busy Lifestyles

Recognizing the need for flexible competition, Ace Pickleball Club offers Flex Leagues to its members. These leagues allow participants to set their availability and match times using proprietary MatchFlex technology. Players can then schedule matches around their own calendars, ensuring more consistent participation and less stress over time commitments.

Results are tracked digitally, and members can climb league rankings while enjoying competitive play on their own terms.

A Growing Sport with Local Impact

Pickleball continues to be one of the fastest-growing sports in the United States, and clubs like Ace are helping drive local momentum. With over 15,000 new players already introduced to the sport through Ace Pickleball Clubs nationwide, the addition of a dedicated facility in Spring brings the sport even closer to residents of north Harris County and nearby communities.

The facility’s $2.54 million construction investment reflects the company’s commitment to long-term growth in the Houston metropolitan area. For Spring locals looking to stay active, socialize, or improve their game, the upcoming location offers a versatile option year-round—rain or shine.
