A Reminder from Your HOA Board
PLEASE NOTE: An ARC application must be submitted and approved prior to you adding shrubs or fencing in the front of your property. Please see the HOA guidelines regarding fencing requirements to ensure that fencing additions meet guidelines and that you submit your plans and application for approval PRIOR to doing any modifications. The ARC application form can be downloaded from the Crest Management website at www. crest-management.com, please select Communities at the top of the page and then select Sheffield. The ARC application will be located at the bottom of the page. The applications should be submitted to Crest Management as indicated on the form.
Please, remember Sheffield HOA does not manage your trash service. This service is through Langham Creek MUD (water bill) 281-579-4500. If you have any questions regarding the new service, please refer back to the insert that was included in your water bill or contact WCA at 281-368-8397 or the MUD.
