A Marketplace with a Mission: Vendor Applications Now Open for Shop 'til You Drop 2024
The Cy-Fair Women's Club (CWC), known for its commitment to community betterment across the Cypress area, is gearing up to host their much-anticipated annual fundraising event, Shop 'til You Drop 2024 Marketplace. The event, scheduled for Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 9 am to 5 pm at the Berry Center in Cypress, offers an exceptional platform for vendors to showcase and sell their products to a large and enthusiastic audience.
Last year, over 275 vendors participated in the event, which attracted about 5,100 attendees. The remarkable success and high footfall of the event is a reflection of the tireless efforts of CWC members, their spouses, community partners, and student volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and successful event.
The Shop 'til You Drop event serves as more than just a shopping extravaganza. It reflects the spirit of giving back to the community. Proceeds generated from the event are utilized to fund scholarships for CFISD area students and aid non-profit organizations in the local community. Last year, Kendra Scott and Creative Lee Studios even contributed a part of their sales to the cause.
Shop 'til You Drop 2024 Marketplace invites applications from unique, artisan, crafty, and exciting vendors to join them in this grand cause. Booth prices start from $185, varying as per location and size, with electricity available for an additional $50.
Vendors can expect additional perks beyond a space at this event. Post payment, vendors get listed on the public CWC website, including a link to their website or social media page, and are also featured on the event's Facebook page, @cwcshoptilyoudrop, in the run-up to the show.
To be a part of this wonderful community event and gain a wider audience for your products while contributing to a noble cause, request a slot at Shop ’til You Drop QA – CWC STYD Application Request. Ensure to have your booth and merchandise photos ready for the application.
Non-profit organizations are also invited to apply for free spaces at the event. The CWC is dedicated to providing a diverse variety of vendors and does not guarantee exclusivity. However, food vendors intending to provide food samples must have an active health permit on display during the event.
This is a great opportunity for vendors to participate in a community event with a broad customer base, while also helping to support and uplift the community. Join hands with the CWC in making Shop 'til You Drop 2024 Marketplace yet another successful event, while also giving back.
