A Hearthstone Home Gets a Stunning Exterior Makeover—and September Yard of the Month Honors
This month’s Yard of the Month winner in Hearthstone didn’t just impress with a thriving landscape—it captured attention with a bold, beautiful home transformation that’s inspiring neighbors across the community.
Congratulations to Kyle and Cassie Sanders at 7410 Holly Court Estates Drive, whose curb appeal has blossomed thanks to both fresh landscaping and a striking new exterior style.
What once was a traditional red-brick home now radiates modern elegance. The Sanders have painted their brick a clean, bright white, accented with crisp black and grey trim and shutters. It’s a dramatic departure from the original russet tones—and one that completely redefines the home’s presence on the street. A freshly painted white brick mailbox ties it all together, making a sophisticated first impression.

But the yard itself is equally eye-catching. The front lawn is lush and manicured, bordered by gracefully curved flower beds that soften the edges and invite visitors in. Bursts of white and pink vincas mingle with magenta pentas, while angelonias, society garlic, and liriope add texture and layers of green. Taller birds of paradise and agapanthus bring vertical interest and dimension, completing the look with a garden that feels both welcoming and well-designed.
The Hearthstone Garden Club, which oversees the Yard of the Month recognition, selected the Sanders’ property for how well the exterior renovation and plant selections work together to elevate the home’s overall appearance.
