Jamestown Colony Resident Expectations

Keeping Jamestown Colony welcoming and well maintained takes every resident. These reminders help neighbors care for their properties, stay informed, and work together on community concerns.

Care for your yard and curb

  • Mow regularly and keep grass below five inches tall.

  • Keep the curb line adjoining your property clear of dirt and other debris.

  • Remove dead trees and dead tree limbs as soon as possible. Storm debris will be addressed separately.

Follow trash and recycling collection times

  • Place receptacles at the curb no earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before collection.

  • Return receptacles to a location out of street view no later than noon the day after collection.

Keep up with exterior changes

  • Window air conditioning units must remain out of public view.

  • Complete and submit Architectural Change Requests promptly so proposed changes can be reviewed.

Stay connected and share your concerns

Your participation helps the Board understand what residents need. Please direct comments, questions, and concerns to the Board through the management company. Speaking up is an important part of helping your community address issues and make improvements.
