85°C Bakery Café Set to Open New Location in Cy-Fair Area
85°C Bakery Café, the international chain renowned for its freshly baked pastries and high-quality coffee, is preparing to open a new location in the Cy-Fair area. The new store will be located at 12020 FM 1960 RD W, Suite #100, Houston, TX 77065, and construction of the interior is slated to begin in mid-January 2025, with completion expected by mid-May 2025. This will be the fifth 85°C location in the Greater Houston area.
Founded in 2003 by Cheng-Hsueh Wu, 85°C Bakery Café was born out of Wu’s vision to offer premium coffee, cakes, and pastries at affordable prices. After visiting a luxury café in a 5-star hotel and realizing the high cost of gourmet drinks and treats, Wu sought to create a space where quality didn’t have to come at a premium. The name "85°C" symbolizes the perfect temperature for brewing espresso coffee, reflecting the company’s commitment to delivering drinks and baked goods of exceptional quality.
